Mission ⭐

At Project Charlotte, we are changing the way people search for real estate. Our unique platform helps realtors create a custom home-buying experience for their clients, saving time and leading to better outcomes for everyone involved.

Progress 📈

• MVP: David is deep in development mode and we anticipate rolling our out Beta to a few key users over the next few weeks.

• LOIs & Pilot Programs: In addition to collecting Letters of Intent as an expression of interest, we’re in talks with several groups ranging from 20-100 agents interested in piloting Charlotte. Besides offering invaluable feedback and direction as we build our MVP, these pilots could translate into significant early revenue.

• Legal Help: We are currently working with Sheridan Ross to develop and file a provisional patent to protect our IP.

Next Big Milestones 🎯

• MVP Development: We’re diligently working on our MVP with an anticipated Beta launch by the end of October. If you know someone who might like to join the waitlist, please send them to chrlotte.ai. In the meantime we’ve created an expanded demonstration; if you’re interested in taking a look, please don’t hesitate to set up time with David or Kate.

• Fundraising: We’re continuing conversations with several potential angel investors, but our primary focus is building our customer base and launching our MVP in preparation for a seed round.

• Pilot Programs: We’re exploring collaborations with multiple real estate groups in the Denver metro area (and beyond) to launch pilot programs and secure additional LOIs. We anticipate launching the initial pilots in the first few weeks of November.

Asks 🤝

1. Real estate brokers and agents: If you know of any realtor groups or high-performing buyers agents in Colorado who might be interested in our pilot program, please introduce us!

2. Financing and wisdom: While we continue to bootstrap Charlotte into Q4, connecting with potential investors and strategic advisors is always on our to-do list. Never hesitate to make the connection if someone comes to mind.

A big thank you to all the friendly faces we bumped into during Denver Startup Week! It was fantastic to catch up with so many familiar faces and meet new people in the industry.

David and I are both excited to be working on Project Charlotte full-time. While we learn to manage the challenges of running a start-up and balancing family/health/sanity we’re so grateful to be able to give our full attention to this project we believe can change the way people work for the better.
