    We have officially launched our Beta product! Three weeks in, we’re hearing fantastic feedback from pilot users. Their insights are invaluable as we refine our product in preparation for a paid launch.

  • Colorado Tax Incentive

    Charlotte has been certified as an Advanced Industry Business by the State of Colorado. If you’re interested in investing and want to learn more about this program, please reach out.

  • Funding

    With the MVP launch, we’re reaching out to our network of investors individually to update them on our demonstrated traction and to explore further funding options as we build and grow.

  • Waitlist

    While our primary focus remains in Colorado and South Carolina, we’re speaking with realtors across the country to gain a deeper understanding of market challenges and regional nuances. If you know any U.S. realtors who might be a good fit for our product, please don’t hesitate to introduce us.

    As we continue optimizing our product in pilot programs, we’re moving closer to bringing in paid users, aiming to generate revenue by year’s end.

Launching our MVP was a tremendous milestone for us and we’re so excited every time we import a new set of listings, continuing to train Charlotte to do her job even better.

Though running a start-up has involved more twists and turns that we could have ever imagined, we’ve discovered just how much we love coming to work, fixing bugs, and finding new ways to help people do their jobs better.

Above all, we're incredibly grateful for everyone who has been a part of this journey. We truly couldn't do this job without the cheerleading, moral support, advice and connections that have come from the people in our network.

As we sit in the limbo of the unknown of election day, we know that the one thing that will keep us whole, regardless of what tomorrow brings, is community. Thank you for being part of ours.
